DJ-Music Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of DJ-Music ("the BOT"), provided by the developer yuyutti ("the Developer"). By using the BOT, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Conditions of Use

• Users must use the BOT in a manner that does not violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• The BOT is provided from servers located in Ehime, Japan.
• An active Discord account is required to use the BOT.

3. Permissions and Scope of Use

The BOT requests the following permissions: connect, speak, view message history, send messages, send embed links, and use application commands.

4. Disclaimer

The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the BOT.

5. Modifications and Termination

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms without notice. The modified Terms become effective upon their publication on the BOT or the Developer's website.
